Pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy yoga from 1st trimester to 3rd trimester (in 3rd trimester more with relaxation and simple asanas).
In the class we will focus on various yoga poses to strengthen various parts of the body such as the Pelvic floor , back and the core  and breathing practices which is very helpful to control the mental stress and anxiety during labor. Prenatal yoga can be a great way to prepare for labor.
