Embrace postpartum well-being with our Postnatal Yoga course at AOF. This gentle practice focuses on core strength, lower back, and pelvic floor, aiding physical, mental, and emotional recovery. Consult with your GP or midwife before starting, typically after the 10 or 12-week check. Join with or without your baby, creating a safe space for them. Our inclusive classes provide a supportive community for new moms to restore and strengthen. Rediscover joy in movement and relaxation on your journey to renewed strength and balance.Your baby is welcome to join you in a secure environment, whether in a car seat, a designated baby floor seat, or simply on a blanket.
The course is located in Odense, Hunderupvej 103, every Thursday from 14.30-16.00 in the yoga room in the basement. Go through the front door and straight on through the kitchen, turn left at the yoga sign, walk straight on and then turn right and you have found the yoga room. Your teacher, Lakshmi, will help you and welcome you to the course.
