Beskrivelse

At this cooking class, chef Oanh will guide you how to make perfect dimsum and bouncy baos from scratch.
You will learn the basics of folding, filling and cooking some of the most famous dimsum and baos:
-      Pork wonton and wonton soup
-       Siumai (open top steamed pork and prawn dumplings)
-       Har Gow (crystal prawn dumplings)
-       Gua bao (Taiwanese bao with pork and pickle)

Raw materials will be paid to the teacher at the class.
