Beskrivelse


During this course you will learn different varieties of Indian vegetarian food from basic to advanced level and how to use spices for different food. During the course we will go through the below menu and you will be divided into the teams of 2 to 3 persons, each team will try to prepare these dishes. We end the evening with communal dining and feedback on your dishes.


  1. Naan (Garlick naan, plain naan with butter)

  2. Stuffed parathas (potatoes, radish, and coriander)

  3. Raita (mixed vegetables, boondi and carrot)

  4. Chutney (mint, tamarind)

  5. Choley bhature

  6. Aloo Puri

  7. Mixed fried vegetables curry

  8. Master gravy for different vegetables

  9. Fritters (potato, cauliflower and mixed veg)

  10. Pao bhaji

     

    Material fee 300 DKK for the whole course is included in the price.

     

    English will be the spoken language.
