Beskrivelse

Are you interested in oriental exotic foods? Are you curious about the secrets of the Arab cuisine? Dishes from Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria among many other Arab countries? You could have heard of Falafel, Baba-Ghannouj, Hummus and Tabbooli - these are only appetisers to tens of other exotic and delicious dishes, soups and salads that you can practice doing in this course.

In each meeting, a new dish and concept will be introduced, and the participants will use their hands and skills in the kitchen to taste at the end of each meeting what they have prepared, under the  instruction and supervision of Chef Omran Almadi. Participants will be informed beforehand what ingredients they have to bring for each meeting. It will be tasty and delicious!
