Yoga Postnatal - Odense
Postnatal yoga class can really help mums on so many levels of
physical, mental, and emotional. Postnatal yoga uses Gentle movements, breath,
and relaxation to allow you to reconnect with your body after pregnancy and
birth.
You will start to strengthen and gently work the muscles of your core, your
lower back and the pelvic floor. But there is so much more too.
You should always check with your GP or midwife, when it is appropriate to
start attending a Postnatal yoga class.
I usually advise after your 10 or 12 week
check. Maybe a little longer for a caesarean birth. But there is no rush,
whenever it feels right for you. Always good to listen to your body.
You are welcome to join Postnatal yoga
course with or without your Baby. and your baby can be with you in safe
space, in a car seat or any baby floor seat or just use a blanket.

Hej, jeg hedder Lakshmi og er yogainstruktør fra Indien. Yoga har været en del af mit liv i mere end to årtier. Jeg bringer den autentiske praksis fra traditionel indisk yoga til AOF-organisationen, siden jeg begyndte i 2022.
Jeg har haft fokus på at gøre yoga tilgængeligt for alle ved at designe deltagercentrerede klasser. Min baggrund inden for yogaterapi gør det muligt for mig at tilpasse hver asana til dine specifikke behov og tilbyde sikre variationer for alle fitnessniveauer eller fysiske udfordringer.
Ud over den fysiske praksis er min mission at bringe renheden fra den indiske yogatradition til alle. Jeg tror på, at yoga er for alle – uanset alder eller fysiske begrænsninger.
