Beskrivelse

Hatha yoga is an ancient way of physical and mental exercise which teach us how to better know our body and mind. Hatha yoga is often calmer and slower then Vinyasa yoga practice.

The classes flow on waves of conscious movement and breathing, focusing on relaxing the body and stopping changes in the mind. Our practice is focused on Sun and Moon salutations, classical yoga asanas, Pranayama techniques, relaxing and meditation techniques.

The Benefits of regular practice include the natural flexibility of spine, the harmonization of nervous system, the adjustment of activity of endocrine glands, strengthening core muscles, better sleep and helping with stress.
