Beskrivelse

This morning yoga flow class is for everyone. The perfect way to awaken your body in the morning. We begin with pranayama techniques, then gentle exercises and a move into sun salutations as a warm up. Now we are ready to work on our lower body and core muscles in strong standing postures. We will end our class with relaxation- or meditation techniques. Previous yoga experience is not needed.

This class will bring you energy for whole day, boost the metabolism, build a strong immune system, balance hormones, tones our muscles, improve posture, spine health and blood circulation and promotes good digestion for the day.
