Beskrivelse

Hatha yoga is an ancient way of physical and mental exercise which teach us how to better know our body and mind. Previous yoga experience is not needed. I will guide you and talk through the different yoga positions, breathing and relaxing techniques. The classes flow on waves of conscious movement and breathing, focusing on relaxing the body and stopping changes in the mind.

The Benefits of regular practice include the natural flexibility of spine, the harmonization of nervous system, the adjustment of activity of endocrine glands, strengthening core muscles, better sleep and helping with stress.
