Beskrivelse

This course is for all ages,if you want to seek and discover new sides of yourself,improve yourcoordination,improve your dexterity, have some easy but effective excises while having fun, then this course is for you.
There are many typesof bellydance and i have picked out 3 of my favorites for this course.There are Oriental, Shabby and Balady. In addition to being among my favorite types of bellydance, each of them represents a unique way of moving, unique music and a unique cultural heritage. 

Oriental:
The music in Oriental is essentially romantic Arabic popsongs.The movements are most about keeping our emotions hidden right beneath the surface and hinting to them through small or fierce movements.We will do this by learning the basic bellydance techniques such as snakearms,belly waves,softhandsandshimmy.

Shabby:
Shabby can be explained as bellydance with a streetdancing touch,where there are not too many rules or limitations.The music is jumpy and joyful just like the movements.We will have fun and learn how to relax our bodies and follow the beat. Movements can be both masculine and feminine depending what you want to express.   

Balady:
Balady somehow similar to Shabby, but you will discover more feminine parts inside of you. From it, we will learn a lot of hip and belly movements, sometimes it looks very sticky, slow and heavy, but requires a lot deep muscles interact.
