Beskrivelse

Post pregnancy is a tough time for most women who deal with its after effects, such as weight gain, sagging of muscles, joint pain, backache, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, high blood pressure, and weakness due to some deficiency.
Postnatal yoga class can really help mums on so many levels of physical, mental, and emotional. Postnatal yoga uses Gentle movements, breath, and relaxation to allow you to reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth.
You will start to strengthen and gently work the muscles of your core, your lower back and the pelvic floor. But there is so much more too.
You should always check with your GP or midwife, when it is appropriate to start attending a Postnatal yoga class.


I usually advise after your 10 or 12 week check. Maybe a little longer for a caesarean birth. But there is no rush, whenever it feels right for you. Always good to listen to your body.
You are welcome to join Postnatal yoga course  with or without your Baby. and your baby can be with you in safe space, in a car seat or any baby floor seat or just use a  blanket.
English will be the spoken language.
