Vietnamese food is well known to be fresh, healthy and delicious, from warm tasty Pho noodle soup to crunchy Bánh Mì baguette or crispy rice pancake etc...
Join our tasty introduction to authentic Vietnamese cuisine guided by Vietnam born and raised chef Oanh.  In this class, you will learn how to make 3 perfectly seasoned and aromatic Vietnamese dishes, from starter, main and dessert.

- Goi xoài (Mango salad): green mango salad with shrimps, herbs, peanut and balance fish sauce dressing.
- Bún chả giò (Spring rolls noodle): rice noodle top with deep fried spring rolls, salad and sweet-salty-sour sauce
- Chè chuoi (banana dessert):  sweet banana tapioca and coconut milk dessert 

It's a hand-on cooking class, where the teacher will guide you step by step from scratch, no short-cut. The class is held in English, but the teacher can explain thing in Danish. Raw material is paid to the teacher at the class.
