Ciao, I’m Rebecca, and I’m thrilled to bring the magic of Italian cooking to your kitchen. Born and raised near Bologna, the heart of Italian food culture, I grew up in a family where cooking is a way of life. My mum is a chef, and my grandma has always been the head of our family kitchen. From them, I inherited a treasure trove of culinary secrets, and I’ve been experimenting and perfecting them ever since.
After moving to Denmark three years ago, I realized how much I love sharing the rich flavors and traditions of my homeland. While studying at the prestigious University of Bologna, I spent time tutoring and working in kitchens, honing both my teaching and culinary skills.
I believe cooking is more than just following recipes—it’s about sharing stories, traditions, and creating unforgettable moments. Together, we’ll explore classic Italian dishes, from pasta to desserts, and even dive into the art of making fresh pasta from scratch. My cooking it’s always full of passion and love.
