Together, they taught me the art and tradition of Italian cooking, and now I’m thrilled to pass it on to you.

This extended cooking class is a journey into the heart of authentic Italian cuisine. We’ll start with the fundamentals, like making fresh pasta from scratch, and progress to creating elaborate, flavorful meals inspired by Italy’s rich culinary heritage.

You’ll learn not just recipes, but the stories and traditions behind them, deepening your connection to the food you create.

There will be costs for the food, which will be paid directly to the teacher.

The cooking class will be in English.

Each class will have different recipes, so it is possible to take one - or all classes.

Hi! I’m Rebecca, and I’m thrilled to bring the magic of Italian cooking to your kitchen. Born and raised near Bologna, the heart of Italian food culture, I grew up in a family where cooking is a way of life. My mum is a chef, and my grandma has always been the head of our family kitchen. From them, I inherited a treasure trove of culinary secrets, and I’ve been experimenting and perfecting them ever since.

After moving to Denmark three years ago, I realized how much I love sharing the rich flavors and traditions of my homeland. While studying at the prestigious University of Bologna, I spent time tutoring and working in kitchens, honing both my teaching and culinary skills.

I believe cooking is more than just following recipes - it’s about sharing stories, traditions, and creating unforgettable moments. Together, we’ll explore classic Italian dishes, from pasta to desserts, and even dive into the art of making fresh pasta from scratch. My cooking may not be perfect, but it’s always full of passion and love. Let’s roll up our sleeves and make some delicious memories, Italian style!
