Today everyone knows what yoga is but many of their understanding is mostly limited to physical postures, known as Asanas. But does yoga mean only physical poses? To find the answer we need to understand the definitions of yoga in the ancient texts

Yoga is a word derived from the Sanskrit word ‘YUJ’ which means ‘to unite or integrate’, yoga is a 5,000-year-old Indian body of knowledge. This union is not, merely, about your nose touching your knees as you bend to touch your toes! The union referred to is that of your mind with your body. You integrate with your surroundings and nature. And, finally, your individual consciousness Unite with the universal consciousness.
In the Class, we will be focus on building strength, flexibility, balance and concentration.  The pace is quiet and we will do standing, sitting and lying positions and include Pranayama and some Relaxation. Only thing is Yoga is not a competition and you will not be compared or judged against others. It is important that you listen to and respect your own body. 

Yoga is not a team sport - therefore there is room for both beginners and intermediate level in most teams. We can adapt each individual's needs and level. You are no trouble as a beginner

English will be the spoken language.
